About the Calendars App Support category

This is a support channel and discussion forum for the Calendars user community.

Please look through the topics to see if your issue was already described by others, and you may very well find an answer. Our support and development team also hangs out here and tries to answer your questions as best they can.

Please tell us your operating system and app version.
Please describe what you were doing when you encountered the issue, what you expected, and what happened.
Attach some screenshots, if possible.

I thought Qbix went out of business or died or something. I paid for the Calendar app through Apple’s App Store, quite some time ago. I enjoyed having it in my menu bar, along with all its options.

After I bought a new Mac Mini, “Calendar” would only operate on the “free” level. I couldn’t update it to the “bought & paid-for” level. I have downloaded it twice since without remediation.

Now that I know the developer is still in business, could I ask for a little help in this matter? Thanks in advance.
