Add Contact to Groups

Hi, I have version 5.5 and am using it on my iPhone 14 Pro.
I went to the app today to add a contact to a previously created group.
I created a new contact profile. Selected the group to add to.
I then tried to create a new email with the updated group.
The new email did not have the new contact name in it.
I checked the new contact information and it says that the new contact is there. It says the contact is in the correct group.

How do I correct this?


Are you sure the new contact had a valid email added? The email composer skips contacts without one

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
I’m having trouble navigating around the app in the new format.
I can get to the group I want to add to and see who all is in the group. The person I want to add is there (twice). I can’t seem to figure out how to delete one of them. Please help.
Also, please send a step by step guide to adding a new contact.
