Over the last month, my sms texts are not always being received. I am doing nothing different in sending. I have about 240 contacts, sending in groups of 9. Some receive, some don’t. If I can’t solve this problem I will be forces to quit using this app. Have gotten no response sending complaint through my phone, so have come on line to seek immediate help!!! Judy
Thanks for writing in! Could it be that the people who receive your texts all have iOS and the ones who don’t have Android?
Apple may be using iMessage to send your group texts. We made the default batch size 9 because Apple used to automatically make messages to 10 or more people use iMessage. Otherwise you could crank the batch size up to 99 or even 999 and send it in one fell swoop!
